Participants will hear lived experience stories and ideas about the module topics through videos and discussions. Participants will reflect on (i.e. think deeply or carefully about) their experiences. Participants will develop their own personal recovery strengths and discover ways that they can take what they learn and use it in their lives.
Navigating the Modules
Each of the six module titles is listed down the left side of the screen. Topic areas appear beneath each module title. You can click on any of the topic area titles to access that topic page at any time and you can use the arrows at the top right hand corner to move backwards and forward between the pages.
Topic areas that are completed will be shown with a green checkmark next to them. The bar at the top of each module page will indicate how many topic areas in total you have completed.
Please remember to mark each topic area as complete by clicking the “Complete” button once you have finished. This will help you track your progress.
